The Complimentary Beloved Experience is a free 30-day period that gives you access to both Classic LifeWinks and AI LifeWinks, so you can begin experiencing LifeWinks before subscribing.
LifeWink offers three plans: Unlimited Classic LifeWinks, Unlimited AI LifeWinks, and Unlimited Combined Classic and AI LifeWinks. Each plan is available on a monthly or annual basis.
Yes. All user data is encrypted and stored securely following industry standards. LifeWink is SOC 2 certified. All data is regularly backed up to secure, geographically distributed servers to prevent data loss.
Beyond your lifetime, your assigned Guardian(s) notifies LifeWink. Dated Classic LifeWinks are delivered according to the schedule and instructions you set. Undated Classic LifeWinks are assigned a delivery date by your Steward and delivered as planned. AI LifeWinks are delivered to your Recipients to access after your Guardian notifies LifeWink. You can choose when AI LifeWinks are delivered, either immediately or 1, 2, or 3 weeks beyond your lifetime, through their profile settings.

Your Classic LifeWinks are securely stored and delivered safely and privately to your chosen Recipients — beyond your lifetime.
AI LifeWinks authentically capture what you value most via your Chat and Voice contributions and responses to meaningful prompts and questions across six key topic areas. These include Family & Friends, Values, Principles & Beliefs, Favorites, Adventures, Life Lessons, and Recipients. You build your AI LifeWink over time, which powers an authentic Chat and Voice AI experience for your Recipients. Your AI LifeWinks are securely stored and delivered safely and privately to your chosen Recipients — beyond your lifetime.
A Beloved is someone who creates and shares Classic and AI LifeWinks.
A Recipient is someone who receives Classic and AI LifeWinks from a Beloved.
A Guardian is a trusted individual designated by the Beloved to confirm their passing to LifeWink, ensuring LifeWinks are delivered as intended. You can designate between one and four Guardians.
A Steward is designated by the Beloved to assign delivery dates to undated Classic LifeWinks when the exact timing becomes known. Stewards do not play a role in AI LifeWinks. Every undated Classic LifeWink must have a Steward assigned at the time of creation.
Yes. You can save, preview, and edit Classic LifeWinks as you create them. You can also preview your AI LifeWink via Chat and Voice to ensure it feels authentic and true to you.

Yes, at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
You'll still have full access to your created LifeWinks as a Beloved. You just won't be able to create new Classic or AI LifeWinks or add Recipients until you resubscribe. All of your LifeWinks remain securely stored, and any scheduled LifeWinks will still be delivered on time — privately, safely, and exactly as you intended.
No. Classic LifeWinks are always free for Recipients to view.
Recipients receive a Complimentary AI Recipient Experience that includes free credits to interact with your AI LifeWinks via Chat and Voice, with the option to purchase additional AI credits as needed.
LifeWinks are informed solely by the Beloved's input. Classic LifeWinks are created entirely by the Beloved. AI LifeWinks are built via your Chat and Voice from your contributions of what you value most and responses to 125+ meaningful prompts and questions across six key topic areas — nothing else.
User well-being is our highest priority. LifeWink is designed as a safe, respectful adult experience. Beloveds must be 18+, and Recipients must be 18+ unless adult consent is provided. Users are reminded that AI LifeWinks are not a real person, and if interactions involve self-harm or harm to others, the AI LifeWink responds appropriately and does not continue the interaction. Concerns can be raised at any time through our support channels.
Yes. Classic LifeWink data is only shared with the Recipient(s) you have chosen, unless you have provided permission to share that particular Classic LifeWink. AI LifeWink data collected for a specific Recipient is only shared with that Recipient.

Only you as the Beloved have access. Beyond your lifetime, only the Recipients you have designated can access their assigned LifeWinks. Your personal data and LifeWink content are never sold or shared with third parties. Your information is used solely to provide the LifeWink service.
Yes. LifeWink uses industry-standard payment processors and does not store your complete credit card information. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Yes. If you delete your account, all LifeWinks and associated data are permanently removed.
